    Call with your order at 360.437.9328. If no one is available to personally take your order, leave your name and phone number and a time when you would like to be called back.

  • Let me know the name of the person for whom I'll be signing it. Yes! When you order the book from me I'll personally sign it for you.
  • Shipping and Handling Charges
    Shipped US Postal Service Priority, unless requested otherwise. $4.95 for the first book, $1.00 for each additional book up to quantity of 10. Shipping charges to addresses outside of the United States will incur additional costs, according to the US Postal Service Rates.
  • Sales Tax
    Sales tax will be charged on orders mailed to Washington State.
  • Payment Forms
    Payment can be by check, money order, VISA, Mastercard, or C.O.D. Your credit card is not charged with your purchase until the book order is shipped. Call for quantity discounts and special shipping fees. All prices unless noted otherwise are US dollars.
